ReplyDeleteApril, Thanks for getting our BLOG up so quickly. I really think this will be beneficial to LETR around the state. By the way, I heard Pine Bluff PD had a Plunge on Jan. 17th that raised $7,658 so far.
ReplyDeleteI also wanted to remind everyone that Greenwood PD's Plunge raised $4,672.35 and the NLRPD Plunge has raised $51,496.46 but to my understanding there has actually been more money turned in! Remember the 3 Plunges this weekend: Jonesboro, Hot Springs, and Eureka Springs who is having their very FIRST plunge!

the Jonesboro Plunge has been canceled due to the recent ice storm and power still being out in several counties. It is Rescheduled for Feb. 28

ReplyDeleteHey Everyone! I just heard from Paula Calhoun and she said the Hot Springs Polar Bear Plunge did over $10,000. I havent gotten a final tally yet but that is awesome! Jonesboro and Holiday Island(Eureka Springs) was postponed because of the ice storm.

ReplyDeleteI don't have the exact figures but Fort Smith Plunge did over $20,000 and they had over 100 plungers. As soon as I get the correct amount I send them to you.

News on the NWA PB Plunge...Looks like we are at $22,600.00 with a few more donations still to be counted and a few more firstgiving pages to be turned in. All in all, I felt like we did alright. Have a good one.

ReplyDeleteSorry it has taken me so long to post but the total for the LR Shorts and Suds that I was provided is $6491.00. Also, Conway Tip A Cop at Coltons raised $2064.27. LR/NLR Tip A Cop raised $3553.07 last night and we are supposed to pick up more money from Texas Roadhouse at 1 PM today!
We need everyone to start getting into Shorts-n-Suds shape, No Excuses this year we need everyone on board! ;)
